The Customer Support and Implementation teams depended on data visualizations that required their data be exported to Excel where it was converted into visual reports. The process was inefficient as the team was spending a significant amount of time each week creating the Excel reports. The time it took to prepare the data for visual presentation in Excel could compromise the real time value of their presentations. The information in NetSuite is constantly changing and their management team needed true real time data to make the best possible business decisions. They needed a solution embedded within NetSuite that was easy to use and would allow them to instantly gain real time visibility into their business without having to export their data. After a short evaluation cycle, they selected iCharts.

Lastly, senior executives are now able to login into NetSuite and get a comprehensive view of their business in real time.
